Luis has led operations for national builders, launched procurement systems from scratch, and overseen homes from $100K to $20M+. He blends hands-on construction knowledge with strategic insight, fluent in both the jobsite and the boardroom. Luis doesn’t just manage builds—he makes them happen.

As a licensed general contractor, we bring the same discipline and vision to ground-up builds and finish-phase takeovers. We’re not your typical GC. We’re meticulous, efficient, and collaborative.
